Parents also spend around a third of their income on School Fees also. This takes away a sixth of the income. Considering the high cost of living now (no matter what the Govt says about inflation), it is quite clear that people are finding it extremely difficult to make ends meet. Of course the Govt cares less about this.

Oh is that true...parents spend another third of their income on school and then the total becomes a sixth....wow yaar....maybe the parents should spend three more thirds on partying, a/cs and cars....then their expenditure will become a fifteenth....lots of savings isnt it
