These are good things. But these people are educated and at least have the sense to surrender or try not to runaway from the law. But what about the hoodlums of the likes of SALMAN KHAN and SANJAY DUTT.
SALMAN KHAn is one shameless person, who has committed more crimes than probably Dawood Ibrahim has! He has killed innocent people by running his cruiser over them and then he has shot and killed protected animals for FUN!
Except for the fact that our judges don't get sacked, I don't think there's much difference between the justice system in Pakistan and India.

Devegowda definitely need to be punished (I don't know on what grounds though!), but on the same logic there's a big list before Devegowda like Lalu Yadav, VAIKO(And the likes who support LTTE), maulayam Singh, Sibu Soren, Mayawati, All ANTI_DEVELOPMENT Communists and of course ManMohan and Mukherji for inaction.

At least Sanjay Dutt was arrested and released - I don't believe Salman ever got any punishment for his crimes. Shows that he had the right "connections".

Suppose you kill someone, yes there is loss of precious life. But the emotional impact is limited to his near and dear and the financial impact to his dependents. However, in the case of Raju the financial blow has hit thousands of employees and investors, and the ripple effect has caused emotional hurt to many. Moreover, Raju's fraud has led to quite a few suicides of people who has lost it all (there could be more in the offing), so he also has blood on his hands.

Difference is Salman Khan's crimes harm a few dozen people. While Raju's crimes harm hundreds and thousands of people, and also loss of billions of rupees.

I don't completely agree with that. How do you measure the life of a person? He kelled 3-4 people (I don't know how many exactly). Would you say that every life is worth a million, a billion or a trillion? Don't tell me poor people's lives have no value.
Those who's life has been affected by Raju can rebuild their lives, what about the families of the poor people that SALMAN killed? Or even worse, what about the lives of the poor people?

These people surrendered only to escape the US LAW. You don't have to worry about SALMAN KHAN and SANJAY DUTT. Ultimately they will meet punishment befitting their crimes, and even more than that.
