Just as Satyam's top management was dominated by people from Raju Caste, Infosys is dominated by people from Brahmin community. Surely, there must be something fishy going on which is why they want to keep it within the brotherhood?

ganesh R you r right but truth is that nSatyam Accounts department was with only of his caste men!And for Corporate Goverance of Corrupt Banis then please go to any birla comapany and I challenge you that you will find only Marwaris in Accounts department1why!go to Hindalco , Grasim and find for your self!But all said and done Infosys may be having Brahmins but these Brahmins have not brought India disgrace and these Brahmins of Infosys have done India Proud !They are not Banias but a new entity which may pave for way to what is called Indutrilist and not mere traders!

I fully agree you mahabodhi, majority females and males who made it to Overseas assignments were Rajus, Reddys, Bramhins, Tamilians (ah these guys have occupied VP positions few such fellows are Hari T and Laxman Subramanian who were just B.Com graduates but came up stamping others and North Indian females)....

Maybe because Brahmins (and many others - because all my contacts in Infy are non-Brahmin) care about educating themselves whereas people like you don't.

Personally, I don't think India is at the level yet where you hire purely on merit. Especially in things like accounts, you will probably see people hiring people from their own caste.
It's a sad fact, but true. In general, brahmins don't congregate too much (which is why they have very little real property) but that's slowly changing.
