With all the directors going into the same jail, they can have a board meeting there....legally 3 members of the board, they can have a meeting and plan further course of action

Good idea ,in fact they also can meet likeminded person inside the jail and can be added to board of directors,with new address M/s Satyam computers Ltd , Cell No 100,Chanchalguda central jail,Hyderabad.

If Mr. Rama linga raju is still concerned about making fictious assets of satyam into real ones he can still transfer his companies maytas ans maytas infra (his shares ) to satyam at free of cost . Then we can believe that his intentions rae right
