gap in which sense? if you r talking about salary then there r some non IT company do you know paying more salary than IT. The booming of non IT sector has already been started, IT sector market will come down. Do you know OBAMA has already announced that IT outsourcing will be reduced by 30%. So I think that a very dull future is waiting for IT sector. Metal, power and Pharma sectors will come up very soon.......... not to make any biased statement........ try to visualize the thing.
