In case tax deducted at source (shown in FOrm 16)is not reflected /credited in Form 26AS checked/viewed at tax credit section of incometax web site. If the employer is not able to get the correction made, then what action the employer should take in order to avoid any liability on him on filing a return based on such Form 16 where tax has been matching pending or unbooked at TIN.
