I was working in Delhi till 2005 and filed ITR upto 2005. In July 2005 I left for Dubai and worked their for 3 years. Now again I came back to Delhi and started working in Delhi since June 2008. Please let me know whether I should file the return for the years (2005-2008)? If yes, then what will be the procedure. The present company is deducting TDS from me.
