For Third world countries the only right model is :Dictatorial rule by an honest guy,till the country stabilizes for transition to democracy. Even we need that desperartely.Hitler rise from your grave and come to India.

You are 100% right. if a country has percentage of illetarate and poor people more then democratic system doen't work. ruling people take advantage of this condition. Only option for those country is dictatorship rule by a person like hitler.
