I sent a letter thru Blazeflash Courier vide Docket No.211019408 on 24/7/08.The promised time was 48 hours,even after 7 days it was not delievered.I sent a feedback thru their website,the company never responded.I wrote a mail to , ,; all the mails were returned undelievered. There was absolutely no response from the company even after I left my Contact No. and Email id. These so called courier company and just minting money and dont't give a SHIT to the concerned customer. The said courier which was sent from NOIDA to SOLAN (H.P.) was eventually received by me (sender). On the packet I had mentioned all the details including the Mobile No. of the receiver but to no avail. I wish these company can be put to task for failing to deliever the consignments and they should be made to bear the cost borne by the addressee plus delayed charges and a heavy penalty to satisfy the clause of the services.
