Its absolutely proper to say that its the attitude that brings in success in the long run. And its not only professional success, you win social capital only if you have the right attitude towards people, towards scenarios and towards life.

Dear Sirs, I (and many others) have seen that attitudes can be changed. Have seen scores as people say this who had undergone 3 module training by Baroda Productivity Council designed by Mr Vanraj Jhala. (Three modules were self-awareness, creativity & team building.) The ocassion was feedback session organised in which many participants gave very positive feedback about changes that they have experienced in personal & professiona life as an impact of the programme. National HRD network has given special award for this programme saying that it is creating 'revolution'.
