No, there is no law or person who can protect our mums or sisters from a such course. If a good people try to save the life of a woman at the time of such inact, our Law will kill the good humanship and give him such a lession that he will never go ahead to save life of any lady. So who can stop it? No there is no PM, no President, No law, no Court only the God and if he desire to save a life only he can do it for a particular person, but rest is zero. So they are great who are anjoying it all over the world, for those there is no law. Fact is our Political Leader are keeping the whole law in their hand, so there is no body else.
