its high time we started coaching our girls on safety and defense tips. a stalker is a coward who doesnt have the b**** to confront his own feelings and thus intimidates girls. Self-defense techniques and safety norms are a must in school, college curriculum. and, young boys need to be taught proper values so that they don't resort to such foul means to fulfill their hormonal desires. change needs to come from the homes and the authorities. the attitude itself should change. only then can there be an improvement in the status and dignity of women.

Everyone is taught proper values at home but still these things happen.The values & morals has to come from within no one can teach u that.One can make u understand it but it is u who has to take the initiative to control ones urges.The biggest culprit is lust.Till lust is there these things r going to happen
