Dear Renu,

Diksha means disha. It is Guru who leads a disciple in the spiritual quest of self attainment. One needs a teacher for school studies, smilarly self attainment can never be realised without the guidance of GURU. Gu means light and Ru means darkness. GURU is the one who bring light by removing darkness from his disciples life.

I am thankful to GOD and am previledged to have SHRI ASARAMJI BAPU as my GURU. Gurudev ke charano me koti naman.

Guru Gobind dono khade kake lagon paye
Balihari Guru aapne Govind diyo bataye

Hariom,
Sangeeta Bhabhra

Diksha ka matlab hai apne guru se mantar diksha lena ya phir naam daan lena. It is a process where guru gives a small raise of his powers into the pupile and ask him grow it up. This is the best gift a guru gives to his pupile. It cann't be seen but it is hidden truth. This small light attches the pupile to his/her sadguru. It is a feeling I cann' describe. Please take diksha from any smarth sadguru then u will know the value of diksha. Ye to goonge ke good jaisa hai.
