In todays times, we seem to be more preoccupied by other peripheral issues like will I get my usual train, will I reach on time, will there be a bomb blast, will children reach school on time, what if the maid bunks, will I meet my targets & deadlines...so there is little or no time to even think about other things...Its really sad but true..Thats reality today. It all depends on how one is able to balance all these requirements. However, I think, its important that we must NOT do the following : Carry work Home, Attend official calls when at home with family, etc. We must devote value time to our kids too. Kids feel neglected with parents being educated and career minded and hence remain out till late hours. Then if they go astray we blame them which is not right. All relationships are essentially built on trust and that should not be violated. Good humour, light hearted talks, etc. should be taken in good spirit and not with any suspicious view. So it is all about trust and balance in life. Deepak
