No body can justify productive hours collectively.
Human brain can not produce 8 hrs of contineous productiveness.

In short , it good to have a small break in between and it upto the person how he wants to relax.

This is one of the worst article with a catch subject thats it to attract hits for advertisement.
India media really need to grow large

I dont understand why is it a wrong thing, if a person does his duties well and with accuracy. Well why do we grin about social networking websites, when you dont analyze them. If you go on any proper social networking website, we find groups of our related job responsibilities. Why cant we use them? I wouldnt comment about others, but dont the software guys need the internet and surfing access to enhance the knowledge and increase their network at the sametime? How about analyzing these sites like Linkedin, Facebook, ITtoolbox, yahoo IT Fan groups....everything has a pro and a con. I dont think its a crime till no "Obscene" stuff is accessed from office network. Its pretty much my personal belief.
