Why do not you take up the issue when boss asks a worker to work more ( beyond the normal timings )and pays nothing in return ? Have you taken up the issue which skill set should be paid what amount? what about the exploitation in the companies?

WHY DONT U FORM A UNION AND DO SOME FAIR BARGAINING, I AM SURE THE MANAGMENT WILL LISTEN. WHERE ELSE WILL A BEGINNER GET RS 10,000/- AS SALARY, IS HE OR SHE DOING THAT MUCH WORK?
