i have been trying to loose weight since years. but never tried crash diet or throwing up. extra flab definitely looks bad but will never try to loose weight at the sake of my health.

Dear sweet manisha,
I accept your opinion. My suggestion to you is to reduce your extra flab as this may be a problem to you when u become older or after u get married it may look uglier. IF u have any doubts about how to reduce your weight or unnecessary portions on your body, better contact a weight reduction trainer. But according to me early morning jogging in the beach is the best alternative or try for a weight reduction belt if u didn't have time to go for morning walk

Hi Manisha, U r absolutely right.One should be healthy and fit to look good.If u r happy and good at heart it will come to ur face and personality. I am glad to know that u dont diet to extremes to become thin. Just do ur normal routine exercise and u will be at ur best.
