Hi dear don't worry. It's better to keep ur abdomen flat and the back not very big and if you are somehow fat. Only these 2 portions show the beauty of a women. I love womens with flat abdo and a little big backs (not big). It is difficult to maintain. If your find it difficult, try for a early morning walk or slow jogging or a best alternative go to Sauna Belt
