I read a lot but rarely fiction - mostly newpaper stuff the inside pages, Front pages are fiction you know :-)
Books, i may read one/two every year. In 2006 I got to read an old book from 1985. Still very true.
The book is titled "What they dont teach you at Harvard Business School" by Mark McCormack. Very simple and effective. If you are open minded, this book should help you to improve your performace.
