Well its right as concern our culture and moral, but in my opinion this is rediculous coz here having place for a older, children ppl but no place for a couples. Couples tried to express there feeling by little kiss or hug... thats wrong when cross the limit by doing such thing at public place.. But govt always oppose the love couples.. then give them also such facility rather imposing such restrictions.
