Why is zimbabwe and kenya not playing

zimbabwe and kenya did not qualify 4 t20 WC. like many other teams-- UAE,CANADA,BARMUDA.

b'coz zimbabwe's membership with ICC is cancelled. and kenya has not enough money to send his to anywhere
