If T20 is played for money means, Other International Cricket(One day match, Test match) without getting money ah....????

See the performance of England Team, especially Ravi Bopara. He himself has admitted that IPL has helped him to play well. Playing IPL or 20-20 will not do any harm - one who adjusts with the game will win - others will perish.
