If pakistani playes are banned from IPL, then why the hell Ramiz Raza is there in commentry team?????????????

PAkis are not formally banned from participating in IPL. it is the decision taken by PCB to not to send their players to IPL when it was scheduled to be played in India. PCB did rethink their decision latteron once IPL was declared to take place in South Africa but by that time it was too late to enter in IPL-2
