It is example of another aussie coach destroying an indian team for their personal hatred towards ganguly. Earlier chappel destroyed indian team for his personal hatred towards ganguly. Now another aussie coach destroyed the balance of Kolkatta team with multi captain theory just to put ganguly down.
What ganguly did he didnt bent his head in front of Aussies dominating policy but instead faught against them like a real hero.
There will not be any other cricketer like him who faced such humiliation from all sources even after the fact he is still the most successful captain for india, and despite his awsome records with bat. He is the real fighter because he had to bat not just against the opposite bowlers but also against the selecters and the selfish aussie coaches and many times he could shut everyones moth with his bat.
Now the Bukkanan's foolishness, made Kolkatta down, still the Ganguly is criticised.... very funny people...

I am not passing any judgments on Sourav Ganguly's abilities, but it amuses me that numerous criticisms arise each time Ganguly is demoted on the basis of his performance.
Even if one accepts the ridiculous conspiracy theory that Australian coaches are taking up assignments in India with the evil intention of "destroying an Indian (?) team" due to their personal animosity towards Ganguly, how do the actual decision-makers (BCCI when Chappel was the coach, SRK when Buchanan is the coach) fit into this whole scheme? It is not as if the foreign coaches have the freedom to sack anyone on their own. Clearly, when they decide to drop/demote Ganguly, the decision-makers see merit in doing so. (It is hard to believe that SRK, who has invested crores of rupees into the team would be willing to throw it all away just because a coach sweet-talked him into making drastic decisions.)
Maybe it is time to let the actual stakeholders (who have their skin in the game) decide who they consider valuable and who they don't.

Ganguly should never be criticised. I wonder how all the coaches only hate ganguly , how ganguly fights back by making zero after zero. How he keeps quiet when everyone around him has no other job than humiliate him.
Bukkanan is foolish, Shahrukh a bad owner with misplaced confidence over his coach... but ganguly is the real hero. Trust me anyone after so much of humiliation will either leave playing or give a fitting reply by scoring some runs.. Ganguly as we all know is different from others replies by playing even more badly.
