If they defeat Punjab today they move upto 4th place, after that its only abt winning 2/3 for them (b'coz of good net runrate)

No, I don't think so, Mumbai has 9 points. So they must win next 4 games to reach semi. Else with 15 points no run rate can help them in reaching the semis.
