consistency in junior players

i am yuvraj fan, he is very gud in 20-20 & ODI but failed in tests and also badrinath he is very gud in domestic but failed in International Matches..
then who will replace seniors??????

we also have Rohit Sharma & Virat Kohli.... we have enough talent...gopi.... dnt worry....
