Excellent decision dada. Age has taken the fab four, making thab flabby four. The others should just follow his lead. No point in being in the 11 for the sake of being. I expected this move from Sachin first, though. Age gives experience, but it never sharpens your reflexes and physical abilities.
Maybe a tour of Bangladesh or some team low on confidence is needed to give the selectors a chance to look at the next generation.

If you replace all of them at one go, you create a huge void in the middle order. I do not think the Rohits, the Dhonis, the Rainas and the Badarinaths are ready. They have to to given time and given time with legends.
There are two types geniuses. One is Rahul Dravid (who has work at it day in and day out) and other is Sachin Tendular (who is a born genius)
What we should remember is both of them became legends because they played with greats such as Kapil Dev. You need legends in the team to breed youngsters.
