It was a Very simple Decision tt had to be taken i.e The Benefit of the Doubt goes to the Batsman,and if the Match referee and the umpires don't know the rules of the game then they shouldn't be where they are.
ICC's Decision on Sehwag:-
This very clearly shows ICC's lack of consistancy in implementing the rules.If the ICC personal's are not clear in there mind What's Dissent? What's Excessive Appealing? then no one will be Clear then it's better off not having those rules.
