We need a "Guided Democracy" like Singapore...carrot & stick method............Voting shud be made compulsory otherwise penalise them like Singapore

no voting cannot be made compulsory ... not voting is a form of expressing your reluctance to pick any candidate

then there should be a no-confidence vote option ...where ppl have no confidence in any of the candidates...

To talk about compulsory voting is easy,but not practical.Just think over and you will get the answer.
