Go to gujarat once and you will come to know the truth. I visit gujarat almost every year and I can tell the differnce between Gujarat say in 1995 and Gujarat in 2007. Just on the infrastructure, I bet you there are no better road networks anywhere in India than in Gujarat and infrastructure is just one area. There are so many to ponder on.
