How can someone who takes office by swearing under the Constitution justify taking law in his own hand. Does this mean in a civilized State, the State can kill anyone even if one is not yet proved guilty in a Court of law? This smacks of dictatorship like that of HITLER. If the BJP are proud of such a man, it is a tragic commentary on the morality of our politicians. If the citizens of Gujarat give their vote on the basis of this confession of their CM, it means that the business community in Gujarat do not mind 'development' even at the cost of the lives of people! And then Atal ji will come again saying "Another shame to nation"
This is truly a sad day in the history of India when the BJP question the rule of law in India by questioning our system in the case of Afzal Khan and consider the killing of an alleged 'lawbreaker by the State as a credit to the head of the State Govt.
