Modi's speech in National Dev.Council Meeting held last week was superb. I am not a Gujarati, but if I were one, I would definitely vote for Modi atleast for this speech. Even the PM and Congress were stumped. Modi's speech in NDC was purely nationlistic and the Congress design of dividing India on religious grounds came under a stumbling block.
