These MC who cant even donate 2Rs from their own pockets are becoming Dani Karna with Tax Payers Money. Had that MC Constitution Assembly had any visionary or competent person such freebies would have been restricted in constitution only. How come these MC Govts. can donate tax Payers money as freebies for their political gain.
