Actually,these paki punjabois, sardars and biharis are only benefitted by such kinds of reservations and quotas.Later on, they get transformed into Thakur Sahabs and Singh Sahabs in the poor society.It is pity to say what a foolish steps have been taken by our so called retarded politicians.
