well said nalin , we already are seeing the effect of quota system and caste based politics being played by mayawati ...just imagine our IPS , IAS officers are incompetent to take decision due to lack of willness ...they always try to appease people like mayawati..who is doingnothing except for building memorials ...and mulayam will demolish these memorials...that,s why i call UP as ULTA PRADESH rather than uttar Pradesh...guess Uttaranchal people are lucky to have got in to separate ways...
