Death of students is pointing to a terrible reality. In countries like India and China, the growth that is proclaimed is vertical only. There are many areas like educational institutions, especially the ones owned by the government where foremost attention should be given, is ignored. They are constructing 100-150 storey buildings having earth quake resistance capability but when it comes to schools and other such institutions, even single storey building are not strong enough. Make amendments at least at this eleventh hour please.
