true, i know there's some plans of diverting the rivers and its sources it will be pretty bad. but you know closer home we have some idiots in india too who have been thinking of linking rivers and diverting rivers!
the truth is we need micro management of water - a tank, bund, lake in every city, town, village. and raising ground water level. renewable energy. reduce pollution. reduce waste. phew long list! we shouldnt be another america - the epitome of pollution. also we shouldnt become china - grow at all & any cost!
