such a technology already exist and is used with great success for atleast 5 decades now. i am not joking. its a fact. in the 1950s and 1960s russia used it regualarly. US has acquired it around the fall of soviet union in 1989-90. many of the technologies we have today are not new ones. they have been used by ancients before.
