None of ULFA, LTTE or Naxalites are fighting to establish Hindu Raj and that is why no body in the world labels them Hindu terrorists. The case with Islamic terrorists is different. Most of them are fighting for the cause of Islam, one way or the other and that is why world media calls them Islamic Terrorists.
