i believe u are speaking about railway exams - i am not sure but the last i heard/or read was the marathi guys must get chance to give exam in maharashtra.

in bihar - biharis give exams , in my state rajastan - rajastanis get preference
in my city jaipur, i will definitely not like anyone coming from outside and building slums using free water and illegal electricity. if u pay your taxes and you are not a burden to the city's infrastructure u must always be welcome
