The truth will prevail Mr shakti Kapoor. I am not sitting in my room and giving a clean chit.Dr.Sen has been only accused with no conviction for more then one year.I believe in the Indian judiciary from the bottom of my heart but the irony is that he has now become a victim of politics. Nobody is guilty till prove . In that case many of our former leaders and activists have been arrested which by itself does not mean a thing till proven guilty. If the state government is so sure that he is guilty why can't they prove it for more then one year.In modern laws nobody can be kept in detention without being proved guilty. If there are draconian laws supporting their detention they should be opposed. I am sure I cannot change the views of the many who posted their views. I am proud to be in a tolerant country and the truth will finally come out.I am not just arguing the case of Dr.Sen. There are many others who are languishing in Indian prisons as accused and not found guilty yet. Thank you Rediff mail for highlighting the cause.
