we blame bjp for blasts in bjp states and cong for cong state, what about J&K, they have blasts and voilence most of the time, even before congress govt, even without any govt, for a long time it has a muslim CM(farooq abdulla and gulam nabi azad). If the people of the state is responsible for all these then what should we say about kashmir.
