how else can you explain what is going on ? So far, the terror streak has touched only BJP -ruled states - Bangalore, Gujarat, and lately in Rajasthan and MP as well. Of course, there are some indications in TN as well, but that can still be explained as a non-Congress state !! May be this is the price terrorists demanded for voting in favour of Congress in Parliament - of giving them a leverage to strike in at least BJP-ruled states. We can definitely expect this kind of appeasement only from Congress !!
