We dont need Nuclear deal.The goverment must first learn to safe guard Amonium Nitrate and Gelatine sticks and electric detonators.This things can be procured anywhere in India where there are mines.The corrupt Politicians have messed up everything.The Dept Of Explosive Should be held responsible,cuz it is the agency which controls distributions and storage of this material.Even a 10 year old could make this bomb. Security cover of all polticians and Cine stars should be removed and the Police should be sent on street for Policing and not act a Private body guards
