Most lethal terror attacks all happened in congress ruled states. Be it Hyderabad or Delhi or Mumbai so dont try to fool people here by politicizing the issues. Gujarat riot is not a terrorist attack. Gujarat has long history of riots since 16th century. Worst riots in Gujarat happened in 1969 when congress was ruling.
