Merely stating 10 points would be misleading. More detailed info is needed, and I am not asking strategic disclosures but atleast the cost efficiency data, total investment/power output ratio etc should be discussed in LS first. Why govt has so much hurry? If Bush goes another will come, India is not thriving on Bush's mercy. Any new US govt has to recognise India as a Nuclear power state.
