It is the duty of CBI to catch all big offenders. But unfortunately, it has become a tool in the hands of Sonia Parivar, to harass or blackmail those, who do not want to support the govt and b soft on those who support her.
Otherwise why CBI is raing the cases against Mayawati now, after she refused to support UPA due to SP factor? Why it has become soft on SP after it decided to support UPA? Why it is going slow on Lalu?
CBI firstly delayed in taking action against Quatrochi in Argentia and then did not give enough proof to arrest, resulting his release from Argentian jail on 15.8.07.
