Recently China has killed all muslim terrorists just on suspect.
Here we have evidence of Afzal Guru for Parliament attack and killing Indian Army /police force protecting parliament.
Muslims are vote bank of congress.
China policy cannot applied.
Congress will allow innocent to get killed by muslim extremist.
Vote bank olicy will not safeguard civilians in India.
Throw out congress from ruling - then see the difference.
