Wage discrepency is the most important reason for our problem in public life. Compare salary of a police man or traffic police man or people in judiciary or that of any Govt emp. with that of people in pvt sector. The salary diff. is so stark that I tend to think that these people are forced to use unfair means to earn(?) and take care ot their familial obligations. This should be the prime focus of public reform. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
