As the way India is growing more into technical,IT related jobs more and more youngsters are choosing those jobs as their careers and the salaries they would get is far better than joining defence,it is only from rural areas most of the people are joining army and the better graded jobs in defence is taken by people from cities and educated ones,hence the govt. should encourage more youngsters into joining defence by providing better salary. Once there will be a situation where in no one will be interested in joining defence. Jai Hind
